We just finished up some re-shoots for the "Like Dandelion Dust" movie in LA at Air Hollywood. This studio houses the interior of a small airport gate area and several fuselages of various passenger jets. We needed these airplane sets for a couple of scenes in the movie in which the families in our story line are coming to and from Haiti on a missions trip.
Then we went outside to a small school bus and drove around shooting interior bus scenes, which in the movie will be the trip between the airport and the orphanage.
Geoff, Erin and Trevor spent one whole day as background "atmosphere". The kids had a blast and Geoff loved meeting the actors again and catching up with the other producers and crew members.
Our hope is to have test screenings this fall, finish editing and be ready for a release possibly in the spring of 2009. Please continue to pray for Director Jon Gunn and producers Bobby and Kevin Downes as they work to make this movie the powerful work of art it can be.
